Academy Program

The Academy Program provides documentary screening opportunities to students majoring in Film, Media, and Humanities, as well as film club members and researchers, through the issuance of Academy Badges.
Recommended titles selected by the DMZ Docs programmers serve as a foundation for in-depth documentary discourse, while a range of tailored program events enrich participants’ festival experience.
Launched in 2022, the program has steadily expanded in both scope and scale. The Academy Program will mark a significant milestone in deepening awareness and understanding of documentary cinema and the festival itself.
