THEATER ADMISSION / EXIT

DMZ Docs have on time screening policy.
You can enter 10 minutes before the screening starts.
Admission is restricted from 15 minutes after the screening starts.
In the case of short screenings, admission is only possible after the first or second screening.

SEAT OPEERATION

Please sit in your desigmated seat.

• Kindly avoid changing seats and re-entry during the screening

TICKET

All audiences must have a ticket to enter the theater.

• You can enter with a mobile ticket when making an online reservation. (Unable to enter with captured image.)
• You must exchange your ticket voucher and badge for a ticket before entering the theater.

RATINGS

DMZ Docs complies with movie ratings.

• Children under 4(born after 2020), even if with adult guardians, are not admitted to the theater.
• Teenagers under the age of 18 (including high school students) are not allowed to watch movies with a ‘R-rated films’ regardless of whether they are accompanied by a guardian or not.
• You must bring your ID card when you watch ‘R-rated films’.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES PROHIBITED

For a better screening condition, please do not bring food into the theater.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING PROHIBITED

Please refrain from bringing in cameras or/and other recording devices.
Taking photographs and/or video recordings are strictly prohibited after the screening starts.

OTHERS

To ensure everyone's comfort during the movie, we ask that you turn off your phone.
